First we brought you the massive Top 20 Billboard Dance Chart hit import of Zombie Nation’s “Kernkraft 400” on Spectra Records Italy. Next came the underground hits Yves Deruyter’s “Feel Free” and Sunscreem’s “Exodus” and the album Best of Bonzai 1 from the catalog of Europe’s premiere techno-trance label – Bonzai Records. Next from SAIFAM/Megahit’s S+M Records imprint comes the mix compilation Trangression - a trance progressive journey mixed by top Italian DJ/Producer/Remixer DJ GIUS.
Trangression features several of the hottest current European trance hits, including the red-hot Paul Van Dyk’s “Another Way,” Airscape’s “L’Esperanza,” Yves Deruyter’s “Factor Y,” Cygnus X’s “The Orange Theme” and ATB’s remix of Sequential One’s “Angels” - all mixed seamlessly by one of Europe’s up-and-coming dance music stars DJ Gius. Besides his well-received DJ appearances in Italy and continental Europe, DJ Gius has lent his production and remixing skills to Zombie Nation’s smash “Kernkraft 400,” Nitro’s “The Best,” Traum’s “Invisible” and his own “Dynamite” which is included on Trangression.
With trance fast becoming the hottest sound in dance music, Trangression perfectly captures this sound with over 70 minutes of undeniable underground trance hits. In support of this important album, S+M will be releasing no less than three singles taken from the album – Nitro’s “The Best,” Hunter’s “Plutonic” and Push’s “Till We Meet Again.” All three will be serviced to DJs, radio mixshows and retail and cross-promoted with the Trangression album.
If “trangression” can be defined as “the exceeding of due bounds or limits,” then the soaring relentless power of Trangression certainly does this and more.
